Returns

  • The product must be in new, unused condition when returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or damage.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

  • We will either replace the damaged item or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Please do not return damaged items before contacting us, as we may be able to resolve the issue quickly.

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused and unopened items. If you’re not satisfied with your keycaps for any reason, you can return them within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined above.
